RE/MAX North (“Broker”) has instituted the following Standardized Operating Procedure which consists of the prerequisites that prospective homebuyers must meet prior to receiving any services.
Broker:
___Requires _x_Does not require 1. Prospective Clients to show identification*
___Requires _x_Does not require 2. An Exclusive Broker Agreements
___Requires _x_Does not require 3. Pre-Approval for a mortgage loan*
*Although Broker may not require such information, a seller of real estate may require this information prior to showing the property and/or as part of any purchase offer.
A copy of this Standardized Operating Procedure is available to the public at Broker office upon request.
